I am licensed as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), actively fully licensed since 2006 to present. I help individuals and families work on goals to help them reach healthier mental health and improve significant areas of life.

Some of the types of diagnoses that I primarily work with are anxiety, depressive, bipolar, obsessive-compulsive, adjustment, attention-deficit-hyperactivity, and trauma-stress disorders.

I have training and experience in a variety of therapy practices including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Client Centered Therapy, Mindfulness-Based, Family Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, EMDR Therapy, and Play therapy.

As a counselor, I have experience in working in different settings throughout several years such as in residential treatment, psychiatric inpatient, justice center, medical clinic, community behavioral health agency, and currently in private practice.
